Q: There are no directions in English. How much water do you use? Do you boil these or just pour hot water over?

Hello! This is not instant ramen, so boiling is recommended. The package says to use 550 ml of water, which is about 2 1/3 cups. When the water comes to a boil, add the dried veggie packet, the soup base packet, and the dried noodles. Boil for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat and add the cheese powder packet and stir to incorporate. Done!
