Q: Do we know if this item in particular is kosher ? Because this item isn't marked as some of the other items by this company

The reason why it isn't marked as Kosher is that the wild harvested Rhodiola comes from Siberia and hasn't been able to be certified Kosher. We are working with Star K to certify it as they have certified other 100% herbal ingredients from parts of the world where kosher certification isn't available. Hopefully, we'll be able to add the Star K certification to this product soon!

Q: Why do you ship it in an envelope? My tea boxes always arrive crushed.

Unfortunately we have no control over how Amazon ships our boxes. We wish we could make Amazon ship differently. However, you can buy our blends by the 3 pack and we pack those in cases at our warehouse so when AMazon ships them, they go out in our box that protects them. I suggest looking at this variety pack: B08MHTQ1JL Soon we will be launching Lion's Mane Rhodiola in a 3 pack as well. Many of our other blends are already sold in 3 packs.
