Great sandals with amazing soles
These sandals support the foot extremely well; I've had full shoes that didn't do as good a job. Durable and comfortable.

Great sandals but run LARGE
These are great sandals for the water. I mostly use them for backpacking to do stream crossings or wear around camp. The first pair I bought over ten years ago finally wore out. Beware they run large. I normally wear a 11.5 and size 11 sandals usually do the trick. I had to return the 11s and get 10s, which fit like all my other size 11 sandals. Overall, great pair of sandals!

Great technical sandals.
Comfortable, well constructed, durable and stylish. Every winter I can’t wait for warm weather so I can live in my Tevas.

Comfortable & Durable, but a Bit Pricey
I bought Hurricanes about 30 years ago and wore them quite often -- at home, on wilderness canoe portages, and even on tours of cities like Venice and Vienna. They finally wore out, so I decided to buy another pair, but was taken aback by the price. Evidently even sandals are victims of inflation!

Great product but poor longevity
I really liked these sandals in terms of comfort and looks but they do not last. My typical use is for dog walks and involves a mile or less a day on paved surfaces. Unfortunately the bottom of one sandal began to separate from the top with less than two years of use. This is the same problem that led me to retire my previous set of Teva's. This is a premium product that costs nearly double the price of the cheap knock offs. The bottoms should not fall apart before the tread wears out. I will try to re-glue them, but for $65+ a pair I shouldn't have to.
