How strong is this fan? what is the cfm rating for it? (cubic feet per minute)

I can’t give you the “cfm” rating—that would be for the manufacturer to say. But I can tell you that we never move it above the low or medium positions because it will blow your socks off when it is on high! We love thi fan—have it mounted on the corner of our roof eave, and it cools down most of the patio (which is about 14 x 14 feet).

Has anyone used these in horse stalls? I want to make sure they are safe for 24/7 use in dusty conditions. Is it powerful enough for a 12x16 stall?

I’ve not used it in a horse stall but I run it 24/7 on my back patio and it has a switch that will automatically shut off the fan if it overheats. Haven’t had an issue yet and it’s been running 6 weeks straight...

does this fan come with a plug or does it need to be hard wired?
