Acorn Men's Slippers with Memory Foam Insole Suede Sidewall and Rubber Outsole

These are far and away the best pair of slippers I've ever owned. Two months after they were presented as a Christmas gift I've found them to be robust and comfortable. Another review commented on the embroidered 'Acorn' logo below the heel, which was noticeable the first couple of times I wore them, but has since softened and is undetectable. I especially like that, unlike cheaper 'moccasin style' slippers I've owned in the past, the heel does not have any tendency to collapse when I slip into and out of them. They were a tad tight when first worn but have since conformed to my feet. They are exactly the warmth I need and the rubber sole means I can make a quick trip to the garbage can and back without needing to remove them.

It's funny how I never noticed just how cold my feet would get until I put these on tonight and wore them for a few hours. It was one of those moments of realization that occur infrequently: I realized that I'll probably have to buy slippers for the rest of my life! Seriously though, these slippers are great! Comfortable and extremely warm. I can't do the barefoot thing so wearing these with ankle socks and my feet are TOASTY. My apartment gets chilly in the winter so I'm looking forward to seeing how well these do over the coming months. Construction seems solid. If I get a year our of them I'll be more than happy.Affordable, comfortable, and warm. If you're on the fence about these, look at it like this: the cost would be lunch and dinner out. I don't know about you, but that's worth warm feet this winter to me.Size Observation for Wide: I read the other reviews before purchasing and made a slight mistake when choosing a size (completely my fault, this is in no way a criticism of Acorn). I'm a 10.5 W, and per other reviews suggesting ordering a size up, I ordered the 10.5-11.5W and they're a touch too big. NOT a big deal as I'll only be wearing them inside, I'm too lazy to exchange them, and overall these slippers are doing exactly what I want them to (which is keep my feet warm). Not sure if the standard width would different, but the wide will probably run pretty true-to-size. Also not sure the 9.5-105W wouldn't be too snug (as I obviously haven't tried them). Just a suggestion for others out there!

I've been looking for a comfortable slipper to wear around the house daily and for hours on end. After trying out different brands like Adidas, Nike, and other smaller companies that sell slippers, this has to be the best one so far. This is actually my second pair in a different color.The biggest problem I've faced with other slippers is that the bottom cushioning is either way too soft (sounds weird but sometimes its like walking on a bed and it's uneven footing) or there isn't enough cushion so I feel like walking on tile all the time. In this case, the cushion is just right and the material/threading the embodies your foot is so comfortable. It's soft, the stitching is high quality and has been extremely durable for the amount of use.One of my favorite things is that it does not get extremely hot or sweaty. I wear this both in the winter and summer. I was afraid I would get sweaty feet or it would be too hot to wear but surprisingly, it's both warm and cool enough for my case.SIZE: I usually wear size 10-10.5 for my shoes both casual and sport. In this case because of how lax the slipper itself looks like, I went for the Medium Size which is estimated at size 9-10 D(M) US. I have about maybe a quarter inch from my toe to the end of the shoe which is perfect as I like some breathing room. I would consider myself to have wide feet and this slipper fits very nicely. It is not too tight and feel really good.

We bought our first pair of these years ago, years even before the COVID pandemic, and my husband wore them every evening and morning for all these years. A few months ago, I noticed that on the old pair, the upper fabric was starting to develop a small hole by the toe (near where the toe meets the sole of the shoe) Even though the old pair did devlop a small hole in one slipper, I think the old pair lasting so many years is great longevity for so many years of twice daily use! -So I was thrilled to find the exact style of my hubby's favorite slippers still available, and I bought a replacement pair a few months ago. I hope this new pair lasts as well as the original pair! So far so good! My husband likes that these slippers have a nice sturdy sole and good traction, but are still comfy to wear. I will say that I still see him wearing the original old pair more often than I'd like, he says it's not due to the fit, but that he's trying to save the new ones! At least now he has a choice ;)

The upper separated from the sole within a couple hours of use. These are cheap but cushy house shoes that run about 1-2 sizes too large. Spend the money on Uggs and get years of use.

My husband loves these slippers, keeps his feet toasty and are very comfortable. We have one suggestion to guys that wear an 11 1/2 reg shoe to size up to the 12-13. The size 10-11 1/2 slippers were too short and tight for his 11 1/2 size foot. He tried wearing them to stretch them out with no luck and too late to send back He is very much a size 11 1/2 reg shoe and we were surprised they did not fit. We reordered again the 12-13 and they came today a much more comfortable fit! He is happy with warm feet now! Yay!

I liked these slippers. They fit well, kept my feet warm on hardwood floors, gripped nicely, and were easy to get on. But being housebound, I wore them all day for a week and by the end of that time, they had stretched to the point that they fit very loosely on my feet and tended to twist on my feet. Though they didn't fall off, they were loose enough that I didn't feel safe wearing them. This might work for anyone who wears slippers only for short periods around bedtime, but for any regular loose, I couldn't recommend them.
