However, it is safe to use multiple strains of yeast consecutively by allowing one to finish fermenting before allowing the other to begin. This also requires some strategic planning to ensure that there is enough sugar for each yeast to ferment. Thanks!

Q: can this yeast be used for wine making ?

Thanks for asking. Distiller's yeast such as this is not appropriate for wine making for several reasons. Traditional wine making yeast would produce the best results when making most wines. Thanks!
