According to manufacturer's label this product contains no red yeast rice. Here's what is listed 1. Calcium (as phosphate, 150 mg; Phosphorus, 114mg, PHYTOSTEROLS 1350 MG (45% AS beta Sitosterol, 25% as Campesterol, 15% as Stigmasterol and 6% other sterols.Other ingredients: Cellulose, Modified Cellulose, Silica. Stearic Acid (Veg) Magnesium Stearate (Veg). (CONTAINS PHYTOSTEROLS FROM SOYBEANS)I'm not a doctor nor a scientist. I have, at one time taken Red Yeast Rice for my elevated cholesterol but it helped very little. One would think that if this product contained Red Yeast Rice it would be necessary for them to list it under the ingredients section.
