These LED rings give off a very soft background glow which is not glaring, flashy or obnoxiously bright.These rings provide just enough glow to be seen through the speaker grill which gives even the oldest hoopties a contemporary look.

Good product
Decent product. Purchased 2 for 6.5" JL audio M3 marine speakers on rear of our pontoon boat. Only 4 screw holes in the ring. 6 screw holes in speaker. 2 holes lined up (across from each other) and centered it well. Will use it for awhile before deciding whether to carefully drill additional holes for the remaining mounting screws. -- Most of boat is lighted with steady blue. Wiring these in line with my multicolor underwater lights to add some some color. -- Time will tell how they hold up. I was careful on install with the wires connected to the ring, and mounted the wires at the top of the ring so water has no chance to pool at connections. Hoping the weight of the wire does not bounce and break the connection over time.

All you need is a controller
The media could not be loaded. I was concerned about how bright they were going to be, but I hooked them up to a controller I already had. and they are pleasantly surprising. whole hook up tike was 15 minutes.

THESE ARE TRASH DONT BUY
These rings are TRASH! If I could give negative stars I would! THEY ARE VERY POORLY MADE!!! Immediately out the box the string lights were not tight to the glass and were even drooping in some spots. I have 10 inch SKAR competition subs so I ordered a set of 10 inch rings and they didnt fit around my sub to the top. Thought maybe they were tight as to help seal so that no air is lost so had to force them around the last 1/4 inch of sub. Upon doing so it completely pulled string lights from the glass. They are most likely made cheap as hell for cheap as hell speakers! I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU LIKE WASTING OF YOUR MONEY!!

These work great with my set up. Had a small problem with one ring but it was replaced within 2 days. Very happy with my purchase
