Customer service was outstanding when I had questions about the product.
In a large pot of boiling water, add a generous amount of salt, add your pasta and cook to your desired firmness. Some foaming is normal. The pasta cooks in 5-8 minutes. 5 minutes should be a good sweet spot to test and taste your pasta!! If you prefer a softer pasta, cook it for a few more minutes (about 6-7 minutes). Overcooking pasta may cause the pasta to break up. Taste buds and preferences can vary by person, and cook times may vary.
