No BS, I felt something different the first dose.I never have taken boron before, just stumbled my way through the internet and it led to boron for arthritis and muscle inflammation. So.....Im a bit skeptical when I try something new. 99.9% it’s always a big letdown. Well, I took the first pill, and felt kinda like I had an energetic boost from it. I was thinking maybe it was a placebo thing.....my mind was playing tricks. Day 2 took the pill and had lots of energy and my mood was really good. I felt really good. I worked on my house all day and never felt a tired moment. I thought to myself...is this real? Will it last?Day 3 took it this morning with breakfast and felt the same boost. I did stuff all day long, but Im able to relax too. I have a teeter hang up and I do stretching exercises on it. I did some stretching, and it felt “easier” when I stretched. Like I was more pliable? I also noticed something else......Yesterday i moved about 16-20 kitchen cabinets around and installed a bunch with our builder. I got up today and felt fine. Thats not normal. My lower back should be killing me or my shoulders or something...... I think it has made a positive impact in the 3 quick days. Time will tell. Best of luck my friends. Blessings. Ted

Boron has really helped the pain in my smaller joints. I need to have my knees replaced so it doesn’t help them as much, but shoulders, elbows, feet, and hands are much improved and my back doesn’t ache quite as badly. I have taken this for 4 months now - 1 twice a day. I backed off to 1 once a day and my pain returned so I went back to twice a day because I must be deficient, according to an endocrinologist friend. I had never heard of this for arthritis or osteoporosis until he recommended it. I am so grateful for it. The capsules are very small and it is an inexpensive pain reliever.

This is the 3rd formula and strength I have tried and by far is the best. I did take the same 6mg of the others but didn’t feel a lot but these have doubled my energy and stopped my tiredness. I know I have low T but don’t want shots etc unless last resort and these seem to be helpingEdit: does seem to give me a headache, I think I have to work my dose up slower

Many men don't understand the power of Boron in the diet. While Boron is a trace mineral that is found in our soil, due to many environmental and human factors, there is not enough Boron in the soil to elicit any valuable results so supplementation is key. While many men focus on total testosterone, they neglect the fact that not all testosterone is bioavailable. Most of the total testosterone that the body produces is bound to the proteins albumin and sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG). Boron helps to reduce SHBG leaving more of the active form of testosterone (i.e. free Testosterone). I have tried several other products but none have produced the results that Swanson has. However, it is imperative to maintain a clean medium to low carb diet and focus on organic foods to keep the liver clean which also helps to detoxify excess estrogen.

I like this boron because it's at a good price for quantity and it's one of the only Albion Boroganic Glycine sold by itself on Amazon, but I just wish it didn't have all the fillers in it like magnesium stearate (which most supplement companies are ditching these days or replacing it with L-Leucine) and also maltodextrin, which wasn't even listed on the product picture, but silica was instead. Either way, I mainly bought these and a few other products to help naturally boost my testosterone levels. I think it's working, but it could be placebo. Not 100% sure yet until I get tested.Edit: Testosterone levels are up and rising and can feel a difference in libido as well. Working great so far and will keep taking.

Easy to swallow, supposed to increase free testosterone. Can't feel any difference after one week of use.maybe it takes longer to build up enough boron or maybe it will not increase anything.time will tell.

I have used this Swanson Boron 6 mg Albion Boroganic capsules for well over a year and have had successful relief from arthritic knee pain. When it was unavailable, my knee pain returned! I tried another boron (triple strength) from Swanson but it had testosterone and I was unable to tolerate it. Being a post menopausal female on hormonal therapy, I don’t need the extra testosterone! I am so happy to have this one back and will always keep on hand! I take one every night and it really makes a difference in the inflammation in my knees.
