Takes awhile to work but is a noticeable improvement

The use of this product has significantly improved my knee health, as I have experienced minimal discomfort in my knees.

Tried it for a long time. Aspirin is made White Willow Bark which is a huge no no for so many of us. I wish companies would stop with the Tumeric. I prefer to add my own. All the research coming out about Tumeric has me greatly reducing my intake for health reasons. I changed to a different product with much less ingredient variety. Know what you are taking. Everyone is different. This has tooooo many different ingredients for my comfort. I'm healthier doing less is more and doing specifics.

This is expensive.. I wish it were cheaper without losing quality. If you have inflammation, and rise in the middle of the night in pain, this is great to have. You can take it on an empty stomach, go back to bed without concern, and though it isn't super fast, it is effective. Downside: You have to take it consistently.

I took this in an hour later my stomach was killing me. I had stabbing pains, and I felt like I was going to be sick. I cannot take all natural things and I had forgotten because it had been about 20 years since I tried something different.. Some people may be able to take this but I cannot, it took me till 3 AM to get where I felt halfway decent. I took 5 o’clock in the evening. I bet I don’t forget again.

The orders always comes fast .The jury is still out on if it helps with body aches due to inflamation.
