Saint Joseph Home Seller Statue Kit

Like you all I was very intrigued with this little statue. I have sold many homes over the past 10 years but to my surprise I had never heard of the St. Thomas statue. I found it by chance googling on the internet. I read the reviews and I was wowed by them all. I was so excited and had high hopes. My house I was getting ready to sell was half a million dollars so I needed a little help from above. I put the statue in the ground probably 3 weeks before we put the house on the market and I said the prayer here in there. I prayed the prayer in Jesus name. It took us exactly 45 days to get an offer!!! 🎉 I think that is AMAZING considering the price point. Not only did St. Joseph bring us the buyers they brought us Catholic buyers!!! ❤️ I thought that was pretty neat. They needed to sell their house. It was on the market for 30 days and nothing. Absolutely no bites on their house. I asked my husband to please give them this extra statue I had (I had two of them). My husband was alittle embarrassed but I was like they will be open to it they are Catholic. Trust me. He gave it to them and they embraced it whole heartedly. He gave it to them on a Thursday and they had there second open house that Saturday. By Wednesday they had 2 offers and in contract Wednesday night!!! 🎉🎉🎉 It was so exciting! He thanked us so much for the statue. Now my realtor is a believer and she wants to give the statue to all her clients!!! She has an older couple where there house has been on the market for months and months. I think she might stick one in the mulch...lol Don’t hesitate! Buy one because it really truly works!!!

After all kinds of problems with selling our house (one person denied a bank loan to buy our house even though they had been pre approved, etc.) for a long period of time we decided to get the St. Joseph Statue to help. We prayed to St. Joseph after burying his statue near our for sale sign. We got an offer in 12 days and closed on the house exactly 50 days total (the buyer for our house was in the process of selling her condo, for cash) and was making a cash offer for our house. We went back to get the statue before the closing only to find the Statue gone. We are presuming that the man across the street took the statue after we saw him during one of our visits to just check on the house. He told us he was going to sell his house and I told him all about St. Joseph. Since he is the only person we had told about St. Joseph we presume he took it. We are supposed to bring the St. Joseph Statue to our new house but obviously can't. We are kind of flabbergasted that someone would steal this statue. In any case, for those who are considering this please remember a few things. First it is up to YOU to make sure your house is clean, staged (remove the clutter, take the junk off the refrigerator door, etc. in other words make it decent. Also up to you to pick the right price. We did have to come down $2000 but that is minimal compared to us having to pay 2 mortgages , 2 electric bills, 2 home owners insurances, 2 flood insurance etc. We had found our new home when we thought the house was selling the "first" time and when it did not we were already committed to the new home. So we were in not such a great position over thesemonths. By the way we are not catholic. We did say the prayer to St. Joseph that came with the Statues and said it every single day. Some would call it superstition, some religious belief, some hokus pokus. What ever you call it I can only tell you that this entire situation surrounding St. Joseph worked for us. As far as the person who stole our Statue I am still upset so we decided to purchase another Statue to keep in our new home. Believe or disbelieve. If something works ...it works. But keep in mind you have to do our part as well. You must get the house in decent shape possible and price it right. We believe.

Since I married "the boy next door", when he moved into my house, we rented out his house "next door". Seven years into this rental, he was just about to offer the tenant a land agreement [in which she would rent for 3 more years and the house would be hers], when she unexpectedly sent me an e-mail and said she was moving. Caught us totally by surprise. He really didn't want to be a landlord anymore so he thought he might put the house on the market. At the same time, we were driving through a neighboring community where a guy was posting a sign outside a really cool house indicating that the contents of the house were for sale. Hubby said if the contents were for sale, it wouldn't be long before the house was also. We talked to the guy, he let us in to look around and we decided we wanted to buy it, made an offer and he accepted. We still had the two houses in what used to be a nice neighborhood but was recently starting to decline. We felt certain we would have problems selling not one but two houses there. We put out for sale signs and flyers with info about the properties. For the next month, the flyers kept disappearing but nobody was coming in to look at either house. I knew about the successes people have had with the St Joseph statues. My sister, who lived a block over from the house we lived in, had sold her home utilizing St Joseph's assistance 19 years earlier and her buyers didn't even make an offer but bought at the price she had asked. I ordered 2 St Joseph kits on May 9, 2014, they shipped on May 10, and were due to arrive on Monday, May 12. That Monday morning, my husband called to tell me that someone was driving by, saw my handpainted "for sale" signs and told him that his son wanted to buy both houses! When the 2 St Josephs arrived later that day, we buried them anyway, one in each yard, since we didn't have a signed agreement yet. By the end of May, the house next door was occupied and six weeks later our house was as well. We dug up both St Joseph statues and they hold a place of honor in our new home. It's amazing to think that the wheels started to turn almost immediately after the St Joseph kits were ordered, even though they had yet to be received and properly interred. We are convinced that, without his help, we might still be looking for a buyer.
