This headband cover from SOULWIT was exactly what I needed to freshen up my Plantronics headphones. The protein leather is soft and feels like it's nice quality, and it instantly made my headphones as comfortable as new again. Installation was easy - it’s a simple DIY job that took just a couple of minutes. The hardest part was cutting off the original padding. The cover fits snugly and stays in place, with a sleek look that blends well with the original design. The Velcro closure works fine but is the one thing that can't really compare to the original. You can't knock them however since they understandably didn't come from the manufacturer. They're still a nice upgrade if your original headband is peeling or worn out. Not only does it feel better, but it also makes the whole headset look new again. Recommended to anyone with a compatible set of headphones. A reminder that a small investment can go a long way.

Once installed, this is exactly what I needed for my old fraying Voyager Focus 2 headband. The installation was a bit difficult. First off, and this is no fault of this product, you have CUT the OEM one off. But not with just scissors, there's a heavy plastic ring on each end that I needed to use angle snips to cut off. Be careful not to snip the wires underneath!Once you get the old one off, the new one has a few different peel off sticky pads which are not clear at all where they should be stuck. It's a tri-fold leather strip with a velcro-like surface to keep it shut. The velcro is pretty strong but manipulating the arch to get it fitted onto the headband was quite a challenge. Now that it's on there, I'm extremely happy with the results.
