I have learned my lesson and keep one as a standby for when the inevitable failure comes. I tested it with an multimeter and it is well within spec.

Replaced GE Capacitor
It is a nice dual capacitor that matched the OEM specifications I needed for my AC unit. Tested with a multimeter to verify capacitance before installing. Have had no issues with it after a month in use. Nicely marked Herm, Fan, and Common terminals on the top, as well as a dual spade connectors. Good quality.Be sure to check diameter when ordering to verify it will fit your unit. It was a little too thin for my unit so I had to make a bracket.
