Delonghi super-automatic espresso coffee machine - with an adjustable silent ceramic grinder, double boiler, milk frother for brewing espresso, cappuccino, latte & macchiato, Eletta ECAM 45760

I fall in love this beautiful white espresso machine when I saw but unfortunately can’t get it in US. (US model is silver and black color only) So I decided to buy the white Europian model from Italy. Their customer service is incredible great. Always response immediately, very friendly, sent me free power converter for the machine I purchased. And the machine is well worth the money. It is very easy to use and cleanup. I enjoy coffee that is like the coffee shop. The Delonghi espresso machine takes the beans of your choice, your milk, and does all the work to make you a Cappuccino, Cafelatte, or Espresso.And most important that I highly recommend this seller if you buy something from Europe!! You will never get poor experience of customer service with them.

Got the right box, though it was beaten to a pulp, then opened it up to a see a shiny machine. Wrong interface wrong item.Though I've had the actual machine before. It was delicious coffee

After waiting way too long for this item to be shipped from Europe, it arrived and stopped working after 4 uses. The seller won't help me, so I'm now stuck with a $1500 espresso machine that does nothing. Don't buy this item.

These are the two problems I have with this machine.1. If you run out of beans, water or milk in the middle of a drink preparation, it aborts making the drink. It should pause and continue after you refill whats low.2. If you like to enjoy fresh roasted beans from different coffee makers from day to day, this machine makes it difficult. You cannot empty the bean container and add something different.I'm certainly not going to use the ground coffee chamber on a $1500 coffee machine.

After months of research, I finally zeroed in on this super-automatic espresso machine. This is a great product. We are really enjoying the milk based drinks in the morning, taste amazing. Don’t believe the reviews/comments anywhere that say milk based drinks are not hot enough. That’s not true. It makes it so hot that ideal temperature setting is 2 dots not 4. It’s pricey but the this seller offered the lowest among the competition. Latte macchiato is my favorite so far. Cleaning is so easy and its really enjoyable to get to know this machine. Don't forget that this is a European model so it comes with a bulky power adapter but you can easily hide it behind the machine or change the voltage on power outlet that seller offers to help with.

This machine is great. Nice looking and works great. At first I was skeptical. You will need this converter which they will send to you. I was going to cancel since I really did not want the converter but speaking with customer service they were so nice. I changed my mind. I am glad I did. I looks so nice. Customer service responses very quickly. I would recommend this machine.

A beautiful addition to my kitchen. And the coffee is amazing. Settings for the different options are easy and intuitive. Cappuccino is EASY and superior to the JURA which we abandoned.

bought this and didn't realize that even though it was made in italy it was for european market...anyway i emailed the company and they were very helpful answered all my questions immediately ...i needed to buy a converter not adapter but after they sent pics of what i needed to do the machine is working great and makes excellent coffee!!
