A little in the sweet side
We love Ghirardelli,It's smooth and can be used for so manu things from ice cream toppers, baking, chocolate milk, coffee, etc.This is on the sweeter side from others so if your not a likensuper sweet use less than normal. Either way they have top quality and it's a little thick, but still a little runny. The price is not bad, but you probably could find a good deal when they have coupons or if you decide to subscribe and save.
