I have ended up with bags instead of loose twice because of packaging that looks virtually the same. The bags are very good but the packs take up more storage space and are much more expensive weight for weight. I'm not even sure whose fault the mix up was, so am now opting for Gunpowder Green instead.If you want to stay with Clipper, enlarge the image look down towards the bottom of the pack and you will see either "100g" for loose or "20 unbleached bags 40g" in small, fancy writing. Clipper, PLEASE, use alternate colours or stick "BAGS" or "LOOSE" in bold type at the top of the pack. I want to come back.PS. My dear, dear Amazon, you have done so much to keep us fed and clean during lock down and we really appreciate it, but, you haven't updated the photo of this product.Clipper has in fact made an effort to indicate this pack contains bags not loose tea. There should be a pink stripe across the upper right corner telling the customer the bags are made of unbleached material. Mind you, I didn't notice this and was surprised to find I'd got bags when I cut open the foil inner pack. (By that time I'd already ordered another batch using the convenient "buy again" feature. Grrrrr).Nevertheless, dear Amazon, a huge Thank You to you. Other than one small glitch which was probably down to temporary loss in transit, your service during lock down has been brilliant, and, for us, a life-saver. All your drivers have been excellent. Generally, orders have arrived sooner than originally promised.
