I advise against purchasing from Amazon. In the first week of using the product, I encountered issues with it. Upon contacting Amazon customer service, they conducted an investigation and closed the case without providing any resolution. Despite my trust in Amazon, they claimed no responsibility for the defects in the product. They gave illogical reasons, such as the delivery box being intact despite not opening the actual product box. I trusted them enough to even share the OTP upon delivery. However, when I reported the water leakage issue, they simply dismissed it as damage and showed negligence in addressing my concerns. The vendor insisted that they delivered a quality product. With such careless responses, who would bear the loss of a significant amount like 65k? It is disappointing to see Amazon prioritize profits over ethical practices and customer satisfaction.I didn’t get even single call from them and didn’t even tried to understand the issue or didn’t tried to fix the issue, very odd behaviour from Amazon
