Terrible connection if/when you get one.
The media could not be loaded. Terrible connection. USB-C plug barely fits into USB-C port on laptop or on USB adaptor that comes with camera. Sometimes you get no image. When there is an image, it jumps all around. Horrible.Didn't need to use it until one week after return window closed. Product support it awful and does not address the issue. Trying to get customer support through Amazon just puts you in a cycle that brings you back to return window is closed screen. Waste of $130.

Too Awkward
The product is okay, but it’s uncomfortable having the camera in the way while looking at the person you are speaking to. I had to return to using the camera on my computer.

The software to control the camera is unusable
Great idea, lousy implementation. I gave 2 instead of 1 stars because it is a great idea. Ok, the problems:1. The software to control the camera keeps going hidden. So you have to bring up the task manager, kill the app, then start it again. Every 15 - 20 seconds.2. There is no pan or zoom. So you have to move your face to where the camera wants it.3. It goes down 3" on the screen. That's enough on a very small laptop. Big laptop, doesn't get the job done. 24"x36" monitor that I have - useless.Fix those issues and you have a great product.

Compact eye contact webcam for your laptop.
It's surprising how much better calls are with eye contact. This one is super compact and light weight—love how they did away with the clunky hinge mount you get with desktop cams. The free app is nice for adjusting settings too. Audio isn't great, but just use your laptop mic.

Great camera, super easy to use!
I already had the iContact Camera Pro for my main setup, but I wanted something more portable for when I’m working remotely. The iContact Camera Go has been perfect for that! It’s super easy to set up, and I love that I can maintain natural eye contact even when I’m on the go. I’ve used it for Zoom calls, webinars, and even quick video recordings, and people have commented on how much more engaged I seem. It definitely makes a difference!
