Rugged, fast
This thing is a beast. Haven't had an issue out of any terrain. Worth every penny.I did break the passenger side wheel hub, but that was skill issue not quality issue.Parts are inexpensive, upgrades are available.Don't turn off the traction or steering assist, be easy till your comfortable and send it till your bored.Once your bored look into the 4s upgrades

This trucks a blast!
The Vorteks is a beast! I drive on grass, dirt, and send all my rc's and this thing sails! It's Arrma so you know it's gonna be fast and durable, there's plenty of vids of people hitting the 50mph mark out of the box, so I don't question that. The ESC problem people have been having is mainly their battery and driving habits. Get a good quality lipo and chill on so many speed runs. Holding the gas for extended periods will drop the voltage and prematurely trigger the low voltage cutoff. The battery in the pic is not included.

Great Car, not great 2in1 ESC.
Im not a fan of the 2in1 ESC. AT ALL. Its a waste of an ESC. So therefore no 5 stars. I would give 3, thats how much I dont like it. But the fact is, Its still worth money because it is a quality car. The top of the shocks are going to break on hard bashing, not if, when. And I mean do mean HARD. That particular part is cheap though. All in all, I would def recommend. I have mine setup in 4S with Radiolink RC6GS.

This thing is fast and tough right out of the box
I have some pretty nice rc ground vehicles and this is definitely 1 of my favorites. This thing is tough, fast and powerful...... Lots of fun. I would definitely buy this rig again

Car is amazing…but only when you can get the cover off
Bought two of these, one for me and one for my son. The car itself is 5 stars (both of them), but the new clip-less body really was horribly engineered. One trip on a dirt road and both mine and my son’s kids were stuck on. Couldn’t get the front or back released on either car. Finally had to tip both cars under a faucet and wet down all 4 contact points to help. After cutting my hands multiple times on the aggressively sharp exterior edges of the cover, we finally got them both off. Repeat this 10 times over again and it’s the only way to get the covers off now…very very poorly engineered for such An awesome car. If I were the owner I would be extremely disappointed in those who created and tested this design. Do better Arrma!

Awesome fast Rc car
Decided to spend the money for my first RC car. I was nervous about what I’m seeing people post about the esc issues, but I got a spectrum battery and everything has been good for me. I’ve had some hard hits with it and no issues. I’d recommend it.

As bad , as awful quality control gets
Perfect example of poor quality control! Again American company Chinese made product at this point you got to wonder if it is done deliberately to destroy American companies! Arrma allegedly has very good reputation for durability, I guess quality is compensated in warranty repairs! Customer Service experience was very poor and they were not that interested that brand new product was destroyed before being delivered to the consumer. Arrma CS did acknowledge that there is issues with body mounts!
