It’s neither lightweight or heavy. It’s oddly smooth. It’s almost as if it’s coated in a thin layer of plastic - which it isn’t but it’s hard to explain the feel…Dishwasher Safe.Good value set for 6 people.

I really like this cutlery set. It looks really nice, and the quality feels good. it has a good weight when help, and they are comfortable to use.The knives are really sharp, and really good at cutting meats and similar difficult foods and I find I don't reach for steak knives any more.I find that all of the cutlery pieces are slightly larger/longer than my other average sized cutlery items. The knives in particular are only just too long to fit in my cutlery compartment in my draw, which is a little frustrating, but I like them enough to keep anyway and have found an alternative storage solution for them.

I like a bit of weight to my cutlery and these definitely have that. The texture is very slightly matte, but still smooth enough to feel pleasant to hold.I really like the colour (I got the black one), and I won't be letting these anywhere near the dishwasher.Obviously the knife is a steak knife, being sharper than a regular one, but still works perfectly well for regular use if that's what you want. This does feel like a "special occasion" set, but I don't think they'll suffer from regular use as long as they're washed carefully.Excellent value for money in my opinion.
