Does a great job
Firstly let me say this is is not for the faint of heart 😂😂 I bought these after a recommendation from my aunt after I had sprained my ankle. The first time wearing it felt like I was stepping on pebbles. Eventually after a few days I got used to wearing it and it was helping with the pain. It is straight forward and easy to use.It definitely takes some getting used to but it helped me in my ankle pain and healing process and every now and then I wear it just to get my blood flowing as I noticed it helped me sleep as well. Just need to wear it up to 20 mins when worn and weird thing is after a while it will feel like you are wearing normal sliders. Try it for yourself and see.It isn't noisy when walking around and it is surprisingly strong material. In terms of size it fits well and the velcro function helps to adjust so it's nice and snug.Takes some getting used to but I would highly recommend.

The Best!!
The first time i used these i felt a lot of discomfort on certain points but gradually it has diminished and i feel so much better all round. I bought the harder version as i felt i needed it and it has been absolutely amazing. It is definately worth a try. 5 minutes is all you need after the initial 15 minutes to begin with.

Excited for prolonged use!
I was initially disappointed by reviews saying these were really painful to wear because I found they WERE NOT. I'm 21, female, and have a lot of foot pain from walking approx 10k/2hrs a day with very poor footwear, to the point I can't walk more that 10 mins without a break. It's a testament to just how bad my feet are that I only felt a bit of discomfort with these on with no socks, and I have a VERY low pain tolerance. I feel barely anything when sitting down and need to stand for any relief. HOWEVER, my feet also get dry quickly and moisturiser a lot. I have noticed that when my feet are hydrated I actually do feel a bit of pain and the points dig into my soles nicely. If you have thick or dry skin on your feet I would suggest moisturising before hand.I like how the pressure changes with the movement of my feet, but there is not much pressure in the arch of the feet. This is because the sandles do not have a curve and this doesn't change when walking normally. I find this very noticeable as this is where I need the pressure the most for my plantar Facit is. I removed a star for this. BUT, you can feel the pressure there if you put your heel against a stair or something curved. The photo shows the slight gap when standing.Wore for about 15 mins, stayed in bed about 30 mins, was blown away when I stood up. My feet have been severely tender the past week and I literally waddle when I walk down the stairs and I still have a swollen ankle from a sprain about 4 days ago. But I was not wincing or wadding when I stood up. I do still have that intense, deep pain in my plantar fascia but I'm so excited to continue wearing these. I only received these today so I'll update my review with prolonged use.

They are to painful to wear
I didn't like how painful they were and you have to be careful about wearing them if you have any medical conditions as when ordering them it doesn't say anything about medical conditions etc.

Acupuncture slippers/sliders.
I decided not to review any more products for Amazon after usually reviewing most things i receive, these reviews, apparently fell short of the review guidelines. So now i delete all emails asking for reviews. Then i'd ordered these BYRIVER acupuncture massage slippers. It's worth noting i endure constant suffering with my feet.I have Plantar Fasciitis, corns between toes and calluses on my feet, they're in pretty bad shape.Over the years i have spent fortunes trying to protect my feet, i would implore others to do the same. Eventually it will catch up and you will experience suffering, pain and discomfort. Then i purchased these Acupuncture Massage slippers.Immediately i knew and felt these were going to be a worthwhile investment.Price paid was £26 which is more than fair and reasonable, i would have paid triple that, please keep that to yourself.Arriving less than 20 hours from ordering in turquoise byriver box.Like Sliders with about 40 plastic 'massage buttons' on the instep and where your foot would be.These massage buttons press down with the weight of your body inturn massaging the soles of your feet while you walk. They look just like normal Sliders to the eye, there's also 5 spare massage buttons with them, instructions will explain.I'm a uk size 8.5, i went for large size, large would fit upto a 10.At the front there's an adjustable vamp which uses velcro so you get ample space which can be tightened with velcro.I read reviews prior to purchase, most were positive. The common theme was the pain whilst trying to get used to the slipper. So initially i wore with socks for 15-20 minutes. Obviously there's a different sensation as you have 40 buttons on each foot massaging the foot soles.I can see this being problematic for some, try and persevere the best you can if it gets unbearable then take a break.I now use without socks even walking to local shop approximately a kilometre there and back.Within 24 hours i was wearing these like i would wear normal footwear.I strongly feel my feet have improved since the introduction of using these slippers.Further to that i feel better both physically and mentally.I recall having acupuncture 20+ years ago where 5 needles were inserted into each year, it was painless. I had a feeling of euphoria and a calmness as well as inner peace.I felt similar that night in bed and i know i feel asleep easier.I have done this review, it's independent and these slippers have made an enormous difference to my feet.I feel confident and positive as i walk forward. If you have feet problems especially Plantar Fasciitis these have the potential to make a big difference.

Reducing leg cramps
I get foot and leg pains and cramps, and these gave high levels of pain relief by day 3. Discomfort level of walking barefoot on pebbles for 1st week, but this eases completely as feet muscles and tendons become more supple. Highly recommended for tense feet. Buying a second pair for family member.

Takes time to wear in, but worth it!
Follow the instructions about getting used to these and they’ll provide great pain relief. I wear these everyday for about 2 minutes and it’s enough to relieve my sore feet. They are very well made too and good quality.

Takes time to get used to.
These massage slippers hurt the first few times I wore them. But after about the 5th or 6th day my feet got used to them and they weren’t as uncomfortable. One thing I noticed is that the first time you try them, your feet will ache more in specific areas; I felt more discomfort in my toes and the inner side of my soles. I’m thinking it’s these areas that need the most attention for a foot massage, as they correspond to areas in my body that may need positive stimulation. There’s no longer the obvious pain when I first started with these slippers. There’s still discomfort when I wear these slippers, especially if I have them on for more than 15 minutes or so. But they do seem to work. Be sure to wear medium to thick socks when you first wear these slippers. I tried them on without socks at first and the pain was literally unbearable. I now wear them with thin, men’s over-the calf stretchy nylon/spandex dress socks as you can see in the photos I uploaded.

Amazing!
Some people say how painful these sandals are to them, maybe. Plantar Fascitis hurts something horrible. I put these on and I exchanged pain for barely uncomfortable. I love these. I couldn't walk without pain until I tried these on, now with these I hardly notice any pain. Initially they were somewhat uncomfortable but I was able to walk without again without limping. My daughter laughs when I'm about to enter a room because you can hear the click clack coming from down the hall as I approach. Ive been wearing them for 10 days. 15 minutes for first wear, oh heck no the first time i wore them for an hour. I also purchased sandals with an a support arch for when not wearing the acupressure sandals. My pain has noticeably diminished even without them. So yes they appear to have helped me. But I also use DMSO on the bottom of my feet and that seems to be very beneficial also. If you're not familiar with DMSO be sure to do your research. Everybody doesn't tolerate it the same. I use an 80/20 I got here on Amazon. I'm a flatfooted, over 60 man weighing in at 220lbs who spent half his life being a fitness trainer, less than 20 years in the military as a ground pounder and para trooper and competitive bodybuilder and generally a very competitive exercise enthusiast overall, until they installed titanium in my spine. Don't read this and be discouraged if your not like me. I only mention it because my lifestyle inflicted heavy damage and few people subject themselves as I did, so that means there is hope. Yep I'm a disabled Vet. The VA wont give me those really comfortable shoes because I'm not diabetic, but I'm not complaining. I refuse to settle for feet that don't cooperate with my lifestyle. Ive got lots of living to do, I need my feet for that. And if you've read my review this far, here is sage advice I learned in the service... take care of your feet and they will take care of you!
