Good kit

When I first read about coffee enemas, I thought that they were something I would never do--"over the top". But I kept reading that they were the best single thing one could do to detoxify one's liver. Now I've been doing them daily, using this kit, for six months. I can't say, as other reviewers have, that they have improved my sleep, but they immediately gave me my energy back after surgery.The printed materials included with this kit were invaluable, as I had never done anything like this before and really needed instruction. The bucket I expect to last for years. The tubing, however, may ultimately need to be replaced, as it has definitely taken on a coffee color and I worry about how clean it is. (Debris that one can see in the tubing can usually be cleared by squeezing the tubing and rolling it between one's fingers.)This kit may cost more than some others, but I think it is worth the price.

This could not have been easier to put together but there are 2 reasons I do not give this a 5 start review.However, if you are like me and look at the people who write 1 and 2 Star reviews first to base your purchase on then let me reassure you that this product does not need to be used excessively for every person who uses it.The book goes into detail about how this therapy is used for people with cancer and who are suffering from a lot of pain. If you are just trying to detox your liver like I am, than this is only a rule of thumb, not an absolute Everytime measure to be taken.PROS:1. Easy to setup - attach the hose to the bucket, the white male catheter to the hose and the red/pink enema tube to the catheter - DONE2. The coffee is organic and with only 3 tablespoons per enema this should last a little while.3. The comfort of the enema - the red tube is very very comfortable to insert. I was apprehensive at first to administer myself until I used it.CONS:1. The bucket: The bucket is not exactly cheap but do yourself a favor and give it a Very thorough scrub plus a wipe down with a white paper towel or cloth. After washing it and thinking it was clean I dried the bucket with a paper towel to see that there was some grit or filth still coming off of the bucket. After scrubbing hard, cleaning with a paper towel and needing to scrub 2 times more to make it entirely clean was very unexpected and I feel very fortunate that I cleaned it thoroughly as not to get that filth to go into my body. ALSO the spout at the bottom. Does not allow for maximum release of all liquid without tipping it all out. This is not entirely bad when you have roughly 30oz. Of the enema in you as opposed to 32oz. But still....3. Although the bucket is easy to set up, it is not entirely obvious to use the red tube to use. If you read the book it makes it seem like it is for people with hemorrhoids and not necessarily anyone else - an optional thing. So be sure to assemble it WITH this red tube as I had laid out above if you are at all having issues or confusion and you will be good to go because the thick white catheter part is not at all comfortable and even has slightly sharp edges. I used that before I attached the red tube and not even a half inch and I realize this is just not right.

A little pricey but it's a brand so there's that. Great detailed instructions and everything you need is included. Awesome aid to better health!

This kit is easy to use and comes with booklets that provide additional useful information.

Coffee enemas have been helping me with Lyme Disease and IBS. I also alternate coffee with probiotic enemas which is esp. helpful for my gut issues. The booklets that come with this kit are very informative and helpful about the science of coffee enemas and the red catheter tool is great for easy insertion. I just lube with some coconut oil and then it goes in relatively easily. Took a few times to get used to giving myself enemas but the improved health is worth it and saves a ton of money going to an expensive health center and paying someone else to administer them.

This would be great but it isn't any better than the cheaper ones I have found. It doesn't give a way to get new tubing and supplies and I'm not ordering a whole new kit for it. I found one tube that I think works but it is $15 and I'm not sure it is even right. And tips are $15 each. I can just order a whole new kit from another seller for $30 that comes with extra tubing. This is the most unaffordable kit and I wouldn't order from them again because the tube does not last long and that is with minimal use.
