Sewandso Thread Zap II - Thread Burner

I used this for my Glass Bead Jewellery work. It quickly cut the thread off very neatly.

Love this little gadget. It's not just for thread :) The spare heating wires makes this one little tool last years - you just have to change the batteries now and then. Wipe gently after use, and use metal wool to clean it occasionally (gently), and 10 years from now, you'll still be using it :)

I used the item once, it was OK. I put it away and tried to use it several months later. It didn't work. I replaced the battery but it was completely dead. What a complete waste of my time, resources & money. I could not recommend this item and would not buy again. Very Disappointing!

This is a fab tool if you bead weave, trims the threads neatly and easily. Great price and replacement nibs available makes this a real winner.

Great for zapping stray threads and beaded jewellery.

The item worked fine to start with but after several uses the metal filament snapped. Better to pay more for a stronger one with extra heads.

Have been watching tutorials for years, people using the Thread Zap, until finally I thought I would treat myself.....Why not sooner I ask myself now, it is absolutely marvelous......
