Arthur went above and beyond to help ensure I receive the casket on the day I needed it, which was 4 days before the initial estimated arrival time. I reached out to Arthur about receiving the casket urgently on Wednesday afternoon and I got it Friday morning. I couldn’t believe it. He was incredibly kind and compassionate with my cat passing away and he was so supportive and communicative and made the whole experience so smooth for me. I feel so lucky that my cat’s burial was facilitated by someone kind who loves animals and honors them. And the casket was exactly like the pictures showed and even more beautiful in person. I loved the heart-shaped brass nail and I regret not taking more close up pictures of it. The medium one fitted my adult American shorthair cat perfectly and it has a lot of depth too. The dimensions were correct. I put pictures of my cat when she was alive for size reference

I wanted something really special to bury my little Shih Tzu in as he passed over the rainbow bridge, and am so happy I chose this. It completely exceeded my expectations. Such a beautiful casket with a nice glossy finish, very well made and packed securely so there was no damage. Love the paw print engraving on the side, sturdy handles and soft cloth on the inside, not to mention the fact it locks shut. Brings me peace of mind knowing nothing can dig him up. The only downside is the door doesn’t stay open on it’s own so you have to hold it, but wasn’t a big deal. This is the only casket I will get when that sad time comes for other fur babies. Thank you for making my sweet boy’s day so special. 🌈💙

This is a beautiful product, bought it early hoping my little boy would make it. Really glad I purchased it as it is a beautiful piece for him to rest in.
