what a great book!i gave this as a gift to a young boy who is super smart and inquisitive, and it was perfect. I also gave one to my adult friend, and within a couple minutes he came to me and said, "i've learned something already!"the format is really good, especially for those of us with adhd and/or are on the spectrum.

I got this for my grandson for Christmas. He has always been very inquisitive & loves learning new things. He was very excited about this book.

Disappointing, no background to the facts, just regurgitating some known items in 50words or less, and a bunch of urban legends. Plus the same "factoid" will appear 2, 3, 4 times in the books, sometimes within a page or two. Not worth the price of the book. I can get better information from Wikipedia.

Fun to read and lots of facts.

Why is my review not posting? I've submitted it several times... Nevertheless, this book feels suspiciously unoriginal—structured like it was lifted straight from GPT-4, with AI-generated cover art and an independently published format. To top it off, the publication date matches the month it was ordered. Kudos to the author for capitalizing on a low-effort approach compared to traditional authors and publishers, but the result feels scammy and disappointing. I suppose it saves me the trouble of asking GPT the same questions directly.

This is a strange book. It's not well written, probably not "written" at all. I recieved this book as a present, which makes me want to ask the person who gave it to me "why?" Its actually quite good if you read it as a comic, and have yourself a good laugh.
