Had this delivered in 2 very large boxes,days apart so had the sides before the base arrived. It's easy to assemble and really well constructed, the controls are easy to use and I've had several really good massages in it, it's not so big that it takes up space, good size furniture. I'm really enjoying the chair so far and it's helping my back as well. Highly recommend this, really good value.

Very soft and comfortable, very easy to assemble 10 minutes max. The heat and massage aren't the best, but your not spending £1000+. Delivery is super fast, if i had room i would get another one.

Really pleased. Came in two large boxes. Easy to assemble. Didn’t need the instructions but does require two plug sockets. One for reclining function and one for massage and heater function. Charger socket is USB, no good for Apple devices

Fairly simple to put together it took my grandson about half an hour, the most awkward part is getting the electrics plugged in. I was wary due to the electrical side but everything is already inthe base you put the wings on and the arms and gthen plug it in. I bought it for my husband and he loves it, a 30 minute massage before bed helps him sleep much better and every member of the family who has tried it wants one.

Great quality and 10 out of 10 for delivery & quality.

Was worried with the self assembly. And the instructions were vague, but it was super simple. The delivery was early which over Christmas is especially impressive.

Good chair shame about delivery they just knocked door and left two big boxes on doorstep refused to put in living room new l was disabled took me along time and phone call’s in fact hours to get some one to get indoors was well disappointed on delivery chair great once in doors and put together just so surprised knowing l was disabled how they just left things
