Great book everyone should read. We are diminishing our brain capacity with all the tech. If you are looking to break up with your phone and implement new habits - this is a great start!

Page quality…
Just received the book and haven’t read it yet… but just noticing the quality of the pages. The pages are kind of thin and appearing newspaper quality (though better). You can kind of see the print of the other side through the pages. If this is somewhat more environmentally friendly than better quality pages then I’m all for it. The print is nice and there’s good spacing between the lines and that will make it easier to read. But given the current price of the book, I wish that pages weren’t so transparent. That said… I have very high hopes (and confidence really) that the contents of the book will be incredible and life-changing given the interviews I’ve seen with TJ Power. So one star off for quality given current book price …but I’ll probably put it back after reading the book…

One of the best books on mood and energy and everyone needs it!
Heads up I only write reviews if a book is a game changer. This is a book I wish I found a few years ago as I was battling through depression and my body rhythms were totally off and I couldn't figure out why or get it together.The author writes a beautiful book on the most important chemicals regulating our mood and energy.There's a lot of talk online about these chemicals but nowhere is it neatly organized and laid out simply as it is in this book.What I really like about this book it's how the author doesn't ramble on about stories and beautifully lays out the information in a very easy to read and implementable structure. I tried reading other similar books or authors that were so painful to read their bloated books I just ended up putting it down.This is almost a perfect book if you're interested in this topic and don't want to read fluff, stories, or endless science explanations. You just get the information you need so you can understand it and apply it to your life.I love this book and I also think the author is a great person and you can tell he really cares teaching this subject. I hope enough people get their hands on this book that's part of the reason I'm writing this review.

Everyone needs this book!
It's so entertaining and easy to understand. The author examines four brain-influencing chemicals - Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, and Endorphins. These brain chemicals are responsible for mood, energy, confidence, de-stressing, motivation, performance … and more. The author offers easy strategies to produce and balance these wonderful chemicals. What a feel-good book! I just finished reading it. I feel happy and empowered to further enrich my life!

Atomic Habit of 2025… This is going to rule for a long time if it gets the proper publicity…
1. Short, precise, and practicable… A small willpower from you may make everything possible.2. TJ Power did an excellent job with this book. I first met him at a web seminar where he was invited by Ali Abdal. I'm grateful to Ali for introducing me to his work. After hearing his speech, I couldn't wait to read this book.3. Having a cold shower whenever possible.4. Calling old friends and observing an unbelievable response. My welcome endorphin surge.5. I started running 5k a week. While I run, I constantly think about how I'll benefit at night with deep sleep and mental elation.6. I believe the included three images may summarize a lot.7. I involved my colleagues in the DOSE journey, and their interest is growing every day. I have been journaling for the last six or seven months, especially in the past three months. I introduced them to journaling, and I believe they are benefiting from it. Thank you, TJ Power; we are growing together.8. His presentation of FLOW STATE, RESONANCE BREATHING, and the DOSE Effect will rule peoples’ lives..I will be waiting for his following books.
