I had a foot problem for over a year. Had surgery but still had heel issues. A simple heel lift alleviated most of the issues and gave me some much needed relief! I recommended this brand to my friend and she loves the comfort and the adjustable levels! Happy feet! 👣

The ones I bought at the ortho place were really soft, so I wondered how long they would hold up. These are good quality and firmer so I feel like they will last a lot longer, and won't feel all flattened out too soon. One tore when I was trying to take the bottom layer off so I had to throw it away. That one had too much glue I guess, and it tore off. But the rest are fine. I bought 3 sets so I could put one in several pairs of shoes without having to move the one all the time.

I had some orthotic shoes that solved some foot problems but needed a bit of lift in the heel. I got these heel inserts but they were a little too high (too thick) so I peeled off one of the layers and then put them in the shoes under the sole insert and it was perfect. I don’t really feel them at all but my feet are perfectly placed with respect to the back of the shoe. The heel inserts haven’t moved at all in the 4 weeks or so they’ve been in place and are very comfortable. Completely solved the problem. Excellent purchase.

I currently have some tendinitis issues and the therapist recommended these. Prior to these I was wearing doctor schols gel insoles: but these OMG they give me the lift I need unfortunately they are not helping with the pain, but that’s on me to continue my therapy the only downside is that when I step they slide, they only came with two stickies one for each shoe so I had to find something else to put underneath them to make them stay in place when I step, but other than that, I feel like this is the way to go if you’re experiencing any issues. I knew it was for me.

Too hard ,rough and hard to separate

These lifts can be adjusted for height which is good. I ordered medium but have to trim them down since they're too wide for most of my shoes. I wear a 7 1/2 B women's size. If I order again, I'll order a small.

Fit fine without adjustment. A little stiff st first but become more flexible with wearing. They serve their purpose. You get 2 per pack, so they are a good deal.

I have one leg shorter and bought these to have more lifts in shoes. I tried five different ones and found these to be the best. I had to order small for womens shoe size 8. The mediums were too big so I gave the mediums to my 5'10" grandson and he loves his to make him taller! These were solid, comfortable, and stay put nice. I am going to order another set today so I don't have to move lifts around. I have tried foam and gel and they just don't give the support these do! I've been wearing them since December 2024.
