I needed a new tracker for my classic car, so used Amazon to search for a likely unit. After investigating several units I decided on this particular tracker. This seemed to tick all the boxes as far as my requirements were concerned, it had good reviews, and customer service was sited as one of the positives. I do feel that customer service is very important and this was the final push for me to buy this. The unit arrived the following day nicely packaged, it seemed well constructed, and worked once I had put my SIM into it. Initially I could not get it to talk to Mr smartphone, so contacted Suki on their help desk. She could not have been more helpful, and over a series of text messages lead me through the settings to a point where I now get an alarm to my phone if the vehicle is tampered with. Happy days! So pleased that I used this company, a good tracker with first class customer support. Thank you Suki. 🥇

My AVG virus checker identified the website as a probable scam. Took a look anyway and couldn't work out what to do re. login - so sending the product back.

SEEMS PROMISING AS EASY TO SETUP NOT HAD IT LONG TO KNOW EFFICIENCY BUT PROVIDED WITH FULL INSTRUCTIONS.

The battery doesn't last very long and is difficult to charge. Only slow chargers work. Had to pay for subscription when advertised without. Good points is you can call the device and hear what's going on and the tracking history is very good

Seems to do the job very well. Although you need to buy a SIM for it. It doesn't feel like the most expensive item out there, but it does the job well in tracking my car it was easy enough to install and overall I'm pretty pleased
