The quality of the head cover is really nice! Has everything you need to add any type of accessory or battery pack to your helmet. The stitching is really good and the materials themselves are of a good quality. The size is a little small for my helmet however. It does fit, just doesn't go all the way to the brim of the helmet like it should. I do have a large/xl size helmet however.

The counterweight pouch is the best part. After awhile, the gopro makes your neck ache, even more so if you snapped on night vision gear. Having that weight in the back is a glorious bonus. Even more so if that gear is actually not badly made.Construction on the whole is surprisingly robust. It is a bit frustrating that the cover is primarily held on with velcro disc on the inside lip of the helmet, but this does make it more compatible with many types of helmets that may be used. That the few molle type cuts are laser made and sealed is a bit different, but works well enough for light work.Excellent bit of kit that is both protective and extremely useful. Fit some branches in the bungies and call you a tree!

Way too small. I've purchased the multicam version in medium without issue in the past. This one for some reason is 3 inches too short.

I'm really glad I measured the helmet before I ordered this because it fits nice and tight (as it should), but even with the correct size selected, it's almost an inch short from front to back. The battery pack pocket is pretty decent, but the elastic bungees that keep your wires in place don't do a very good job. They sorta feel like they are already starting to lose their elasticity and I've only had it for a month and a half. I do use it quite frequently, so that helped speed up the wear and tare process.

For a few dollars more this is much better fit, quality, and function (more bungee and better battery/counterbalance pouch) than a previous brand I'd gotten, though the attachment straps do have a thinner fabric on this one. I happen to prefer the style that attaches via screws than the velcro patches like this one has, but I may just punch some holes and use this one with screws anyway. With 2 attachment straps in the back and 4 in the front, it won't work with my particular Fast Bump unless I cut some slits in the front padding for the 2 straps on the very front because the padding attached underneath the hard foam. It does work directly with a maritime knock off I have that it doesn't even seem to be designed for, so at least it seems adaptable.

I have an FDE helmet that I want to be ODG. This seemed to be a good option to switch colors and retain all of my accessories without getting a new done protector. Here are my thoughts:Pros:- a mix of mesh and canvas- fit a size 1 team Wendy helmet- secures with Velcro- allows accessories with its own VelcroCons:- less air circulation- got heavy in the rain, canvass soaked up a lot of waterDecent cover and get the job done. Just understand that it will make it harder to ventilate.

It is a good day when your equipment fits! This is a well built Tactical Helmet cover. It fits my helmet well and will support MOLLE Gear easily. Opens in the front for NVG system. Very satisfied.

I know this is an airsoft item, so the materials being cheap and thin was expected. But I have a high quality airsoft helmet that is true to size of a real helmet, in fact this my helmet could be used as a bump helmet if needed and this cover didn't fit at all. Too narrow and too short. Disappointing.
