I did not loose much weight but I felt really good after 3 day it makes you go to the bathroom a couple times which is what I needed as I felt like was bloated after the bloating was gone my belly just looked like I lost so much weight which makes me think it was because of being bloated that my belly looked so big definitely going to buy another one

I do love this product! I actually drink it every night (that I remember) before going to bed. I have altered my diet some but have lost 11 pounds since January 3. People complaining that it’s a 28 day program, but only 14 bags, need to realize the directions say “use every other day”. I’ve used this every other day for six days and I don’t think I can take anymore. I will use it for occasional bloat but I can’t use it for another three weeks.Night one, I drank the tea at 8pm and had BM’s at 2am and 3am. The cramping wasn’t severe but it was there. (BM was the most this day)Day two- took a break and had a BM again during the dayDay three- drank the tea at 8pm, had a BM at 4am and 5am.Day four- took a breakDay five- drank tea at 8pm, had bad cramps from 2am-3:40am, BM at 3:40am, 4am, 9:15am,9:30amI don’t feel bloated and my tummy is flat. I always look like I’m five months pregnant after I eat. This hasn’t been the case since drinking this. I’m reading that too much cleanse is bad for your body so I’m going to stop after today because I just can’t take the sleepless nights from cramping and rushing to the bathroom. The tea is good without adding anything, it definitely cleaned me out for as much as I allowed it to. I weighed myself the next morning after the first night I took it and I lost 6 ounces. I still BM’d a lot the other times so not sure why I didn’t lose more but I’m glad I’m not bloated anymore. I think my body needs a break. I might do it every months for a day or two, but no way can I do it for 28 days. Maybe do your research and talk to your doctor before doing this. A simple google search and show you there are no benefits, but I also did not talk to my doctor. Overall, this is a good tea and will make you go. Well, it made me go… A LOT!(I used the apple cinnamon tea at night. I did not use the daytime one at all.)

We really like this tea! One of my friends it works great on for the next morning as in going to the restroom for a detox but I haven’t had that same experience. My husband thinks it works great and he is enjoying it too!

I got these teas based on reviews as I have been experimenting bloating over the last 2 months. Started 8 days ago and I found the teas inconsistent. So once I drink a tea the night before, the next day I would have a few passes. However, on the nights I don’t drink the teas (skip 1 night as recommended) the next day I have severe bloating. Not sure if it’s my system but it’s not as I expected. But you may have better results, so go ahead and try. Flavor is good though.

28-Dat Detox Daytime and Evening Tea are epic! I’ve tried this product multiple times and it helps me feel calm, full, and gives me the best bowel movements :) 100% recommend!!!

Does not work and the water tastes like PLASTIC. The bag the tea is in has a plastic feel as well, I did not even finish the product I would NOT recommend.
