MSpa Hot Tub Spa Heat Preserver & Rain Outflow Inflatable Bladder Cover Square Fits All Mspa 6 People Square Spa Alpine/Tekapo/Soho/Bliss/Lite 160cm

I bought this item to fit on the 4 seat hot tub. It fits on top (not inside), with the fasten down cover it creates a perfect seal and does the job admirably. I also purchased a full insulation (again for 6 person hot tub although mines only 4 person) cover to go over the lot. Together they save a fortune on heating cost as the tub is now fully insulated. Tub is a Tekapo 4 MSpa. The tub is under cover in an arbour with drop down clear tarp sides which also helps.

This hot tub is great. It is in my opinion one of the best inflatables on sale for the price and has lots of space to stretch out in the water due to its square shape. It is good quality and sturdy. The water gets to the required temperature in good time and the bubble jets are effective but not over powerful. We also purchased the bladder to go on top, under the cover to conserve as much hear as possible. We also put foam matting underneath and laid the groundsheet on top. The installation was a piece of cake - very easy and virtually effortless. The filters are easy to purchase online - the filter change reminder shows around once a week but providing you clean it, they last for several weeks of daily use. The chemicals are easy to use and are economical. We have now had it up 6 weeks and although it’s very cold now in early November, really don’t want to take it down.

The MSpa hot tub has a soft cover which is fairly useless without this accessory to support it and prevent rainwater from pooling on it; without the bladder rainwater collects on the cover and the weight eventually forces the cover down onto the pool's water surface and now heat is rapidly lost directly into the rainwater (the large puddle get quite warm!). The bladder supports the pool cover and prevents formation of ever-growing pools of rainwater, also helping to keep the heat in the hot tub by adding a layer of insulation.Drawbacks are minor:It isn't cheap.If you push the valve down into the bladder to conceal it (as is normal with anything inflatable) it will be very difficult to get it out again to top up with air when needed.It's quite bulky and when the pool is in use it needs to be temporarily stored somewhere away from any wind and free from dust/dirt which might get transferred back into the pool when the bladder is back in place. Deflating it each time the pool is used would be far too cumbersome and time consuming.Overall, it's so essential for an outdoor hot tub in UK weather that I think it should be included as part of the hot tub package.

Brought for my lazy spa hot tub and definitely worth every penny. Helps warm up the hut and keep it warm when not in use. Feels good quality and very easy to inflate. Fit snug in my Hawaiian hot tub

Fits my Maldives lay z spa and is better quality than the original its not quite square but still fits well

Deflates after first use won’t refund as not used it for months after purchase

Had for 3 weeks, was perfect untill it started to deflate, no matter how many times I try blowing it back up its deflated again in a few hours

Not to bad at retaining the heat in the hot tub so I’ll give credit there but it needs to be re inflated every couple weeks as it doesn’t hold the air too well.
