Paraphimosis cream, Better effect when used together with phimosis rings, Moisturizing&contracting foreskin，Second generation upgraded pure plant formula（45ml/1.52 fl oz）

Only used it once. Seemed to moisturize but after looking over the instructions and packaging I didn't feel comfortable continuing use. Too sensitive of an area to experiment with.

Product box has some text mentioning "...uses a gentle formula to make intimate s*x more natural and comfortable" and "male confidence extender". These statements seem to potentially imply the product can serve as lubricant and libido enhancer, which judging from the clear liquid design is reminiscent of lubricant.The box and included paper instruction has no mention about how to use it for phimosis unlike the product listing online. So you would really have to refer to the product listing page for actual usage instructions. And even there, I find the instructions vague or not detailed enough on how to use in combination with phimosis rings. Do you apply to the glans or apply to the retracted foreskin? Or apply to foreskin before retraction? Or attempt to apply to the underside of the foreskin while retracting it?And the visual instructions seem to depict large phimosis rings and minor phimosis. It is unclear how well this works for sever phimosis where you have to use smaller rings and can only pull back a little to no foreskin. I think if used for phimosis treatment, this probably works better in the later stages of phimosis when it becomes less severe, if going by their photos and instructions.So overall, product could use better instructions. I'll just use it sort of as lubricant and lotion to moisturize the skin of my privates.Keep in mind that for use as lubricant might want to use only for toys, since product mentions for external use and not to take orally (or I assume even for penetration, based on ingredient list).

Tried using this in conjunction with phimosis rings and it didn't really seem to have any better effects than using other products meant for skin care and stretching. The instructions on this are not super clear on how to use and even if this is lube, lotion or a phimosis or paraphimosis cream. The product itself is actually a clear jelly liquid more like lube and it does feel hydrating, but for use with phimosis rings I have found that using Dr. Palmers Skin Therapy Moisturizing Oil that is intended for help with stretch marks, scars, and dry skin is much more effective and helpful. I would not waste time and money on this stuff.

The Paraphimosis cream has a gentle texture and is moisturizing, but I didn’t notice immediate or dramatic effects. It works better when paired with the phimosis rings, but the process takes time. It’s an okay product, but I was hoping for faster results in improving foreskin tightness and comfort.

So far I’m not seeing much improvement. Everyone is different so it may work on others better than it did for me. I’m not sure how long of a time period one needs to continue using but after a week I saw little difference. It dries in about 5-10 minutes and comes in a nice bottle. If I start seeing better results down the road I’ll definitely buy again since it’s within budget

I did not find that this had any effect on the skin, but what it does do is moisturize and nourish the skin for when using phimosis rings. It has some antiseptic properties, unlike most lotions. It's not really a cream though, as it is a clear liquid. It would be better if it could come with an anti-phimosis ring. One thing I found problematic was that the makers assume the foreskin is naturally supposed to always be pulled back, rather than its natural state of covering the glans. So I don't think these people really knew what they were talking about. I'm rating it OK as a nice moisturizer for your tallywhacker, but nothing more.
