I don't often leave reviews, but I wanted to share my honest experience with Qitone in hopes it might help others. I am in the throws of perimenopause and was looking for an easy option to add to my morning routine that could give me a little boost of energy without tons of chemicals, added sugar or side effects. I'm not a bodybuilder or an athlete by any means and don't follow a Keto Diet (I love my carbs too much!). I'm a typical working mom who tries to workout regularly when I can but I always feel tired no matter what I do. I've done quite a bit of research on ketones and tried a few ketone products on the market but the taste was so awful, I couldn't stick with it. Qitone claimed to have no flavor and to help with brain fog too so I thought I would try it. I am about a week in and so far I haven't had much stomach irritation and I have seen a noticeable energy boost in the few hours after I take it. I mix it with a spoon and while it doesn't fully dissolve, I don't mind since it has no taste. It almost adds more of a creamy feeling to my coffee. I'm sure a frother would make it even better. Time will tell if I see any additional benefits, but so far so good.

Absolutely love this product. I feel a cognitive difference within 15 mins of taking it and the taste and form factor makes is very versatile - ideal for coffee, smoothies, yoghurt etc. Definitely one of the best (most effective and best tasting!) ketone products on the market.

I powder is bland and I like that. For me it only mixes well in a hot liquid. I thought it would give a boost in energy and mental clarity but I didn’t notice any effects after drinking it. I will finish using the bag, I don’t think I will order again.

It helps keep me energized and alert through my afternoon meetings and gives me enough energy to get through the dinner and bedtime with two energetic kids, while not keeping me up at night like an afternoon coffee would. This product is excellent. I was worried when reading reviews that mostly talk about putting it in creamers since I don't drink coffee. It is almost completely tasteless, I am even putting it on water. If it was not for the color you would know it is there. Very satisfied.
