The pieces of the puzzle are not just cardboard like most puzzles. There is some sort of coating that makes them much sturdier than others. The pieces snap right into place. Yes the puzzle is dark in spots but you can see that by looking at the picture on Amazon. Not sure why that would be a complaint. There are also letters on the back of the pieces if you get frustrated you can tell the section that piece belongs in. I will definitely buy more from this company

Fun puzzle, easy to assemble, great colors.

The puzzle is made of good quality material. Is as shown. However I’m missing one piece that I would like to have. All pieces are lettered by sections. I am missing a piece from section B. I would love to complete the puzzle asap.Update: Although there is a claim that they will gladly replace missing pieces, I don’t see this as true. I have communicated with the company through emails several times. I believe a total of 19 times. I’ve answered every question and complied to every request they have had. Still the say they’ll make it right but I have to do……The last email they replied as if I had an Easter puzzle! This is after sending them pictures of the completed puzzle, front and back (as requested). Sending the Amazon order number, again as requested. And sending a picture of the box…as requested. Some sent more than once, as requested.My suggestion, count your pieces before you start.

This puzzle is very dark.

This puzzle is beautiful. I love all of the details. It has been a great addition for my family. The pieces are so easy to put together and are the perfect size.

This puzzle is of high quality in terms of the weight of the board, precise cutting and fit of the pieces, etc. However, parts of the image are--puzzling. What is the smaller-than-the-dog deer next to Santa? What is the squarish blot in the middle of the Christmas tree? A large number of pieces are only mottled red and brown, not much fun. No artist is credited--was this image produced by an AI supplied with insufficient data?

Some pieces were missing. Every puzzle i buy there are pieces missing.
