Cake Release-8oz

I have been baking for decades. Recently, I have been using "Bakers Joy baking spray with flour" to prepare my pans, including detailed bundt pans and/or Wilton character pans. The Wilton Cake Release product gives a far superior result compared to Bakers Joy. My banana bread in loaf pans had a greasy exterior from the Bakers Joy. The Wilton Cake Release gives them a lovely, non-greasy crust. As far as usage, it is quick to use a small silicone brush to spread a small amount of the Cake Release lightly on pan bottom and sides. The 8-ounce container will last me a LONG TIME. Highly recommend! P.S. It's not a spray - it's a flour suspended in oil.

I like this stuff. I know you can make your own but I don't want to. It works. I squirt it in the pan & spread with a paper towel & things just don't stick. Perfect.

I use this product when baking in bundt pans. I brush it on with a silicon brush and the cake never sticks!

I’ve always used the spray on flour/oil combo. A baker I follow recommended this and I’m amazed at how well it works. No breakage, sticking, or issues with residual flavor. I will stick with this.

My wife was skeptical when I bought this and thought it was too much money. But the first 8" round cakes she baked using it came right out of the pans perfect. Hardly a crum disturbed. She's a believer now!

I opened this item and it will not mix and it is old and rancid.

Too much hype about this product, you'll come out better using crisco and flour or however you prepare your pan.

Have loved ❤ this product from the first time I used it. I bake over 500 cakes a year and couldn't do without it!
