Had to be rescued by fire dept
This *brand new* ladder came apart when I went to get IN the pool & I fell in - fine really because I had my suit on & was trying to get in anyway. But I knew I wouldn’t be able to get back out. Then I thought maybe I can fix it so I tried & made more parts come off somehow. All the while I’m ringing my husbands cell phone incessantly even though I know the ringer is likely off because he’s asleep. So I try to fix it again & not only do more parts come off but some fall over out of my reach. Oh and my phone battery is dying. It’s time to face it - I’m stuck AF. I call FD non emergency line. I open with “this isn’t really an emergency but…” after hearing my story the sweet girl says “ma’am, no this is actually an emergency so let me transfer you” “ok but please note I’m not in any danger of death/injury at this moment..I’m only pruning a little” … Next thing I know 3 fire trucks show up - 1 being the biggest ladder truck they have. … anyhoo, I’m free. Embarrassed as hell but dry & free. Do not buy this ladder unless you’re looking to flirt with fire men.

Absolute nightmare to assemble! Once it was finally put together… we love it!

Pool Ladder
The pool ladder gives you a nice platform at the top to turn around on, to change directions for entering and or exiting the pool. The stairs are nice and wide, the handrail extends all the way past the platform. This is much easier for getting in and out of the pool, from our previous pool ladder, that came with our Intex pool.The instructions must be thoroughly read and understood prior to pool ladder assembly. The task took approximately four hours to complete, with out any additional assistance.
