Perfect coffee cup
Love this brand. Cup fits perfectly in your hand and gives you a generous cup of coffee. Wonderful quality. High price but needed a replacement so went for it.

Replacement cup
I bought this cup as a replacement for an identical one that we’ve had for years but had gotten chipped. These are beautiful cups/mugs and hold a large amount of coffee but they are quite pricey on a per cup purchase.

weird color
The cup itself is really nice! The shape is pretty and it looks very well made. But the color is what I would call grey-green. It could not be called "Blue Flame" by the wildest imagination!

The perfect mug
The size, shape and quality of the Emile Henry mug is outstanding. I can highly recommend the mug. I liked it so much that I purchased a second one. It feels great in your hand and is very substantial.

Nice product, lousy customer service
I received a mug with a chip on the handle. I returned it for a replacement and they said they were out. It took 6 months to get a refund and they deducted $6....terrible customer service.

My new go-to mug
Maybe I have an illogical love of all things French. I don't care. The color is awesome. The size is great. The glazing is beatiful. Knowing it came from France and that I'm supporting real artisans instead of some crap made in a low-wage factory out east, yeah, I like that, too. I have never used another mug since I got this one several months ago. I wash it by hand. It feels good on my lips. The lip of the mug is perfectly angled. I'll buy more later, but I doubt any other color will be as pretty as the red.
