This came very well sealed, which adds to the peace of mind that it came clean and sterile. It's nice that they put a protective covering over the needles as well. Beyond that, it's your typical derma roller. Plastic is ok, but not amazing. Overall, it's decent.

After needling, it's a good time to apply serum, moisturizers, or masks for maximum skin absorption. It's best to sanitize the roller every day with hot water followed by a dip into rubbing alcohol. I ordered the 0.25mm microneedle roller and when the package came it said 0.5mm. I opened it and I think yes, the needles are probably 0.5mm, but with such small measurements it's hard to tell. My dermatologist told me not to use anything larger than 0.25mm so I haven't used it. It looks like a decent product, if you order it just check the needle size.
