The lid isn't designed well. When you open the mouth the lid doesn't open enough. The straw party is perfect. Just had design if you don't want to use the straw.It does keep coffee warm for a very long time and it's not heavy. It doesn't leak when all openings are closed. I do like the lock feature on the mouth. Cute colors, also. Just hate the way the lid was made.

Ok, so I took my coffee to enjoy while I drive to work, like I do every day.I was so have to use my new cup, the design on this thing is the worse!!!! I DO NOT recommen!I couldn't drink from the hole, because my nose would hit the cover. I thought damn I have a big nose.Lol. So I had someone else try it, same thing. So that one day I ended up wearing my coffee to work all day :-[They need to sit back doin the drawing board. Ughhhhh

Absolutely recommend this tumbler! It's well insulated and keeps your drink hot or cold. Fits in your car cup holder. It has a comfortable and secure grip. Nice rubber padded bottom, so it won't slide around on a the table. The included reusable plastic straw is a nice add. Great lock feature to the opening. Twist cap with silicone to secure your liquids. You can also use the straw opening as so, or as a vent for hot liquids. Great quality! And colors are nice as well!

Kind small and the opening is a little awkward to drink out of.

This tumbler has a cute color scheme however, the ability to use for hot liquids and use the "sipping" opening, it does not have the proper air flow to allow the liquid to flow easily.You almost have to just pour it into your mouth like back in the day when we asked someone for a drink of their drink and don't put your mouth on it....Quite annoying.However, on the COLD liquid side, niiiiiiicceeeee! I dig it. Small enough to have any cool liquid, some ice, some adult beverages, whichever you decide!!!

The heat retention is good, not great but good. Keeps coffee hot for about 2 hours and warm enough for about 4 hours. The color is pretty though the gradient purple on the bottom is not as dark as the picture shows. It's so light that at first glance it looks like just a white cup. I love the texture however, it's super easy to grip with the vertical ridges on the outside of the cup. The lid is leakproof when closed and has both a flip top for sipping and a covered straw hole for cold drinks. The cup is better suited for cold drinks in my opinion for a couple of reasons. First the heat retention is shorter than I would like. Second, the lid is uncomfortable to drink from using the flip top. There's a lip on the lid making sipping from it somewhat difficult without either tipping the cup a lot or dribbling hot coffee on myself and the flip top is at an awkward angle that results in it hitting my nose every time I drink from it. It's a good travel cup that you can toss in a bag without worrying about it leaking and a nice portable size but the placement of the drink spout means I won't use this as much as I would have had the lid design been different.

The box is broken and the straw is missing!!!!!!!
