Scooter Carrier
It needs to be assembled very carefully, but once it is attached to the vehicle it is stable and works well. I would recommend reading the manual and following the instructions precisely as there is a procedure to follow and if you don’t take each step in the process, you will experience some frustration. Once each step is committed to memory, the system works wonderfully. The end result is well worth the effort. Enjoy your independence!!

No fuse attachment provided
I had this professionally installed and the service guy said to be sure to let everyone know that it does not come with a fuse adaptor for hook-up to the battery. Without this, there is a greater chance of fire under the hood. Other than that, I’m very pleased with the ease of operation

Well made lift, heavy overall weight
Advertised weight—less than 40lbs—is inaccurate, more like 90+ lbs. I need as light a weight as possible, so this was an item I could neither maneuver, nor disconnect from the hitch & wiring, easily.

The only ramp that works for me
Tried a few of those ramps that go straight up onto the hitch, but my power chair just wouldn't go up any of them. Got tired of messing with it and ended up getting this lift. Way easier. It drops down to the ground, I just drive my chair on, hit the button, and up it goes. No trouble with it so far. Haven't had any issues with it. It's been a lifesaver. Makes things a lot simpler.

Great lift.
I'm 76 and really needed the electric lift — this one's easy to use. My scooter locks down nice and tight, no issues there. Only thing is, I've got it on a 2018 Toyota Camry hybrid, and due to car being lower lift and Scooter ride pretty low. It's fine on flat roads, just gotta be careful with steep driveways. Well made unit. When installed on mini van, suv, taller auto will be excellent.

Good one
Thought it would be more stable, only small wobbles, but don't really see that as a problem going forward. Georgia state law requires a white light over the tag that can be seen 50ft. The light for the license plate is bright and I never get pulled over. Didn't take too much effort to mount it and hook up the power. Overall, a pretty good one.
