Very good quality item and fit for our toilet bowl normally recommend for the toilet seat but the bowl means the overflowing water goes down the toilet. An not as some people in the comments say it over flows out of the toilet when used on the seat. Very easy cleaned so far and really easy to use with the rubber plunger if you have a weak grip however you may want to use it under your arm against your body to get better pressure.

This item is very good quality especially for the price.I'm using at after hemorroid surgery and it is so good at relieving pain.It sits well on the toilet seat, is easy to use and to empty/rinse.

Excellent option for washing the nether regions if you are incapacitated temporarily. I have to use it from time to time to deal with my 'roids which can be a bit of an unpleasant affair.Its really just a bowl that sits below the toillet seat that you fill with water which you can skoosk into the 'affected area' with the bellows. Its actually very easy and rather pleasnt to use (make sure the waters warm though) and is very soothing. As with all such things its easy to splash the water around but it isnt too bad once you get the knack.Once you are done its just a matter of tipping the water out of the holes at the back and either popping it in the bath to dry off or dry it manually and put it beside the toilet so guests can talk about you between themselves.A simple but useful thing.

Sometimes when using it, the seat slides back and this squashes the air tube so that you can't use the hand pump.A bit of hard plastic here would prevent that from happening, but it is a nice idea.Even if you don't use the pump, its useful for washing "down there" which can be more gentle than paper, with only using paper to dry.I like that the basin is collapsible so can squash it flat and store it away.
