This is my 3rd hot tub. The other two were high end, 400 gallon, Sundance spas. The last one cost me $10k. I moved, and downsized to this hot tub. I've had it a month and it is a great basic tub. It fills and re-fills quickly (being only 200 gallons) and has all its vitals located in one corner behind a panel - that will make repairs much easier than large tubs. It takes a while to initially get up to temperature - but who cares? Just give it a day to heat up and digest the new chemicals. Even though its smaller, it can still fit a couple adults just fine. I can stretch out in it no problem (I'm 5'9"). I would guess that a 6' person would still be comfortable. I was skeptical about the resin construction, but it seems very hardy and durable. The included cover helps maintain temperatures just fine. The few controls do all the basics like temperature control, 2 speed jets, and a light. The light can be cycled to be any color including shifting between colors. There's one valve control to inject air into the jet system and it works very well. Note that leaving it on will cool the water - so remember to turn the bubbles off when getting out. Overall, this is a very good price. Delivery will simply depend on where you live, but mine went smoothly. It will arrive on a pallet and will be on its side with the heavy side down. I was able to lower it down flat by myself and slide it into position (it's on a concrete pad). When it's empty, it's very manageable and fairly easy to move around. That's another plus of getting this smaller size. Everything is just easier to deal with.

It arrived on a pallet on its side. I was able to lay it down by myself. My son helped me move it to the backyard on 2 dollys on its side. We had to roll it through a gate. We tilted it back down and then carried it into place. It wasn’t as heavy as I expected. We had an old one that this replaced so wiring was already there. The instructions were clear. We had it running the next day. It works great. It’s super quiet. Our old one woke me up at night. The size is good for 4 or maybe 5 unless you’re above average size. The lights are nice. The bubble control is smooth. No wood to weather on it. I like the made in USA part too.

Absolutely love this hot tub. What this hot tub lacks with bells and whistles it makes up for in simplistic plug n play features. For my wife and I it has all we need. It keeps water temps well, easy to get in and out of. The hot tub even comes with a quality cover.Replacement filter is PSANT20P3

Day 1 of operation so will likely update as time goes. First time hot tub owner and so far thrilled. Delivery was easy, they were able to drop it in the back yard and 4 people moved it to the deck. Easy set up and jets fired up right away! Currently warming up a little over 3 degrees an hour but it is pretty cold outside (low 40s high 30s)

Love it . But the company that dropped it off, only sent one person to do a two man job, I had to go get a neighbor to help move it.

A great starter hot tub. No cover on filter by design for some reason. Read manual how to fix air lock, common issue on all tubs. Use bromine instead of chlorine for easier maint
