Great value, ingredients great, easy to swallow, I had no ill side effects. Clean ingredients, the pills are smaller than that Ubiquinol QH by Jarrrow so much nicer that they are easier to swallow! This product is very Good , easy to swallow and very high Quality

This contains the fat-soluble fast easy absorbing type of CoQ10 namely Ubiquinol which is slightly more expensive than Ubiquinone which is water soluble type. I am taking statins and my doctor told me that statins tend to deplete your body supply of CoQ10 in the long run. This bottle seems to be the best price for the quality product.

When I read others say that the capsules were stuck together, I thought I would deal with it. But it's way worse than just stuck together. It's one big ball glued so hard that they will not come out of the bottle and when I attempt to pry one off, the capsule tears open. I tried to return it, but was denied.I wrote to the company an received no replyDO NOT BUY.If this obvious quality failure is not enough for you, think about the quality of the CoQ10.

I take a statin and was prescribed CQ10 when I had trouble with muscle cramps. I've taken it ever sense. I've always purchase the cheapest ones. This product contains Ubiquinol instead of full CoQ10. The website says 'Ubiquinol is the active antioxidant form of CoQ10". I don't know if that is better or not, but I thought I would give it a try. So far I have not had any changes in my health to the negative, so I will keep taking it. It is distributed by a US company and shows all of the testing certifications that other quality supplements show. I am happy to give this a try for a little longer.
