Poor craftsmanship

The media could not be loaded. I plan on ordering some more stuff it was packaged so pretty and the crystals definitely warmed up soon as I touched them. It’s amazing now let’s get some money.

First time putting it on and it broke
The bracelet broke as I was putting it on. The crystals went everywhere. The string that was holding it together looks like it snapped at the knot where it was tied together. So disappointed. I was on my way out the door for work, so my fiancé cleaned it up. I can’t return any of it because he threw it out.
