I am a heavy snorer as I have sleep apnoea, for which I sue a CPAP machine, though I do sometimes sleep without it. I have used this now on nights I use CPAP and when not using CPAP.Be prepared when you spray this for the effect it has in your nostrils. It was almost a shock, like the biggest dose of menthol. Your nasal passages are instantly awakened. The feeling remains though the time I am reading before I go to sleep. This certainly stopped the snoring I do as I am falling asleep, which is when it normally affects my other half the most and where I even end up awakening myself.I did use the app that records snoring and later in the night I was snoring again, but not at the higher level I do without the spray. When using it with CPAP I think it is particularly good at making you feel like your nasal passages are fully open to the pressurised air coming from the machine. Especially as I am at the back end of a cold and have still been quite congested.This completely and quickly clears the feeling of your nose being congested. I think it is a brilliant product to have in for when you are suffering colds to help you sleep at night.Over all, I am really impressed with this product. I had expected it to work a bit like beconese, which doesnt do much for me, but this was a really good blast of something that is really effective.

This 'anti snoring' spray seems to have some limited use. Certainly when I use it, it does open up my nasal passages and does reduce snoring slightly (I have recorded using an app). The taste is fine and its reasonable value for money. However, it is difficult to recommend as it didn't significantly solve the issue. So a mixed bag to be honest here!

Didn't really work as still snore and wacked my nose a few time inside whilst pressing it your fingers can slip off the nozzle easily and walk your nose, thought I cut the inside of my nose it hurt so much

Anti Snoring Spray 30ml, Snoring Spray, Snoring Aids for Men Women, Snoring Relief Improves Airflow for .....I never have much faith in the claims like these that a simple spray can stop snoring, but for the sake of my husband I thought why not give it a go. A few squirts up each nostril whilst lying down so that I can feel it at the back of my throat (as per the instructions), just before bed.Now I am a bit uncertain whether this works, but I have tried it some nights and others not and my husband says there is a possible difference. Some nights I don't snore much, other its snoring as usual, so very difficult to tell.It is more of a decongestant as it has a strong menthol smell and feel, not exactly pleasant but tolerable, as a nasal spray it can also be uncomfortable to apply.I am assuming the listed brand of ‘Body Juice Oil’ is the shop brand as the item brand appears to be ‘Sefudun’.So, I have to say that it may be slightly effective, but it certainly doesn't stop the snoring, maybe helps reduce soring a little for an hour or so.

I've been using this snoring spray for a few days now and I've noticed a slight improvement in my breathing so it works It definitely helps to open up the nasal passages and makes it easier to breathe while sleeping. I haven't noticed any significant reduction in my snoring, but it's definitely made sleeping more comfortable. The spray is easy to use and doesn't have a strong taste or smell. I also appreciate that it's a good price for the amount of product you get. It seems well-made and the bottle is sturdy.

You can really feel the menthol effect at the back of your throat. However, it doesn't last the whole night and needs reapplying. The good thing is that it is all natural but I don't feel that it is overly effective for use frequently. It is pretty big in size so unfortunately there is no additional benefit there.
