Comfortable
Love this headset, it’s so comfy to wear and the reach is insane, I’m able to walk to the end of my garden when I take my dog for a toilet and can still talk to the boys in the chat!

Great headset, but poor quality control
The Arctis 5P is great. Punchy, clear, great pre-sets etc. However the quality control of a £100.00 + headset is naff! Mine came with blue dye all over the left ear cup!

Great features, poor build
I was shocked by the build quality of this headset. Steel series were known for making really nice comfy headsets with thick ear cup padding with large earcups. What we have here is a device that feels cheap, made with the worst earcups I have ever seen. I have a £20 headset with better build quality. The ear cup pads are made of a cheap fabric padding which has no depth. When I put on the headset, they either pressed againt my earlobes and irritated them or the sides of my my ears were touching the drivers. They were so uncomfortable, giving me headaches. The reviewers are not telling you this, do not buy this headset. I changed this for a hyperx cloud iii headset which has an amazing build, large comfy earcups and an aluminium headband. They sound excellent with no tuning, have a much better mic and cost less.
