Unacceptably smashed and in poor condition
Chocolates arrived smashed, soft, and the white paper inside the wrapper was greasy. They tasted somewhat stale and not fresh. Could not offer them as a gift as intended. Their condition was unacceptable and better care ought to have been taken to ensure that they weren't all melted and smashed. They looked like they came from an old stash.
