The media could not be loaded. I took video and it sounds like it's scratching inside. I posted video. And like black stuff comes out of it. The longer I go the more black stuff comes out. Why? I posted 2 pics of black stuff.

Didn’t operate to my expectations.
The suction that holds the device to a table isn’t that good. When using for 5 minutes I had to redo the suction 3 times.
